Dennis Taylor

Dennis is a Consultant in the Employment Department.

After gaining considerable experience with Sainsbury, Dennis joined Tesco where he held various senior positions within the HR function, culminating in his appointment as Head of Employee Relations. Dennis then joined law firm DLA Piper, where he was the head of their in-house employment law training division for 10 years.

He sat as a lay employment tribunal member and was a member of the President’s specially appointed Race Panel for over 25 years. Using his considerable hands-on practical experience of the working world and the tribunal system, Dennis designs and develops SMB’s employment law in-house training solutions and co-ordinates the news and knowledge service for clients.
