Harriet Driscoll

Harriet is an Associate in the Employment team. She advises on all aspects of employment law and works closely with the Corporate team.

She has advised clients in a variety of sectors including banking, manufacturing, retail, education, charitable organisations and those in the public sector. She provides guidance to clients on both contentious and non-contentious issues, including employee terminations, redundancies, TUPE, unfair dismissal, discrimination and breaches of post-termination restraints.

Harriet is involved in supporting and playing for the Imperial Band, Brentwood.
