In this edition:

• An ET finds that a bisexual prison officer was subjected to direct sexual orientation discrimination and harassment after being called a poof and vermin and having his work bag coloured pink.
• As part of its EHRC Adviser Support programme, the EHRC have commissioned Citizens Advice to produce a practical toolkit on workplace discrimination for advisers and individuals.
• From 1 April 2019 disabled people will be able to claim up to £59,200 annually to help pay for additional support that they may need in the workplace through the Government’s Access to Work scheme.
• Four in ten private companies that have published their latest gender pay gap figures are reporting wider gaps than they did last year, according to BBC analysis.
