Alasdair is a Partner in the Music team.
He has more than 30 years’ experience in the music and entertainment sector, including in private practice, as the head of legal & business affairs for Sony Music UK and in a specialist investment fund management business.
He acts for clients across the music industry, from artists and writers to record labels and music publishers. Alasdair advises on a wide range of commercial deals and issues, but has a particular focus on corporate transactions, including business investment, acquisitions and sales, partnerships and joint ventures.
