Daniel Cotton

Daniel is a Senior Associate in the Employment & Business Immigration team. He advises clients across the full range of employment law issues.

Daniel regularly defends claims in the Employment Tribunal and High Court. He also advises clients on all their day to day employment law issues. Daniel has extensive experience of dealing with complex employee relations issues and contractual change/redundancy exercises both on an individual and collective basis.

Daniel is known for providing commercial and pragmatic advice having spent time working in-house at PepsiCo, Chubb Insurance Company, Unilever and Kraft Foods. Prior to becoming a lawyer he spent five years working for one of the world’s largest consumer insights companies.
