Dina is a Consultant in the Dispute Resolution and Media teams.
Dina is an experienced commercial litigator who acts for a wide variety of clients including high profile and high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and owner-managed businesses. She has broad advisory and trial experience in complex, often multi-jurisdictional commercial cases, including director and shareholder claims, general contractual matters, and partnership disputes. She also advises clients on defamation, breach of privacy, breach of confidence, harassment and data protection, and frequently deals with the Information Commissioner’s Office on behalf of clients. She advises journalists on libel issues pre and post publication.
Before becoming a lawyer Dina worked as a news producer and journalist for major news outlets. She has frequently appeared on television and radio as an expert. Dina is a director and trustee of the Micro Loan Foundation, which provides loans to women in Malawi, Zimbabwe and Zambia.
