Gordon is a Senior Associate in the Media: Content and Disputes team. He is a civil litigation lawyer with a broad commercial practice with specialist expertise in media and press law and substantial in-house experience.
He advises clients on a wide range of legal issues, including contractual disputes, defamation, breach of privacy, breach of contract, intellectual property disputes and regulatory issues. His clients have included Premiership footballers, freelance journalists, national and regional newspaper and book publishers, financial recruitment firms and international charities.
Gordon is a former journalist and has previously worked in-house advising on pre-publication and post-publication issues.
