Jack is an Associate in the Corporate, Commercial & Finance team. He advises clients on corporate, commercial, music, media and IP related agreements.
He has experience working in-house and provides practical and commercial guidance to his clients.
He also advises a number of national charities including the Big Issue and Outward Bound on their commercial contracts and IP issues.
