Jonathan is a Consultant in the Corporate and Tech teams. His varied practice includes mergers & acquisitions, disposals, restructuring, fundraising, investment funds and general commercial contracts.
Jonathan has hands on industry experience in rights owning companies in technology, digital marketing & communications, telecoms companies. He also advised numerous asset-based businesses involved healthcare, housing and leisure.
Jonathan has been involved in sport both professionally and personally. Professionally he has acted for players, teams/clubs and associations in a number of different sports and played rugby for Northampton Saints, Rossyln Park and London Welsh. Jonathan often participates in sports including triathlon, channel swim relay and cycling challenge, often in aid of supporting charity.
