Martin is a Partner in the Real Estate team. He has a wealth of experience in all aspects of property law and related aspects of residential and commercial transactions, as well as landlord and tenant law.
He advises on both commercial matters and on high value residential property sales, purchases and financing and is recommended in the Legal 500 for his commercial property work.
Martin has specialist expertise in advising retail and leisure clients particularly in London’s West End. Martin is a Trustee of Andrew Logan Museum of Sculpture and provides Pro bono representation to the Berwick St Market Traders.
