Peter is a Consultant in the Dispute Resolution team. He specialises in all aspects of civil and commercial litigation and has also acted in a number of white collar crime investigations and prosecutions.
Peter is an experienced commercial litigator and has acted in a number of reported cases, most usually for the claimants. His clients range from high net worth individuals, leading counsel, other solicitors and substantial companies. Peter has also executed or supervised numerous entry of premises and search orders. He has specialist expertise in international litigation work.
Peter is also a Privy Council agent. He is prepared, in appropriate cases, to work on a part funded CFA basis.
