Rob is an Associate in the Corporate & Commercial team. He advises clients on private M&A, general commercial matters and corporate finance.
He has experience assisting clients across a wide range of sectors including publishing, TV, film, music, fashion, insurance, IT and sport.
Prior to joining SMB, Rob worked for a multinational law firm (2013-2015) and a national financial regulatory body (2015-2017).
