Sascha is an Associate in the Corporate, Commercial and Technology teams. She is a corporate and commercial lawyer with specialist expertise in advising startups and technology enterprises.
Sascha has substantial experience advising on a multitude of corporate matters, including early-stage seed round capital raising from both angel investors and venture capital funds, corporate structuring and employee share plans. She also has experience in advising on a wide range of commercial matters, with a particular focus on software licensing and terms of service for mobile apps and websites.
Before moving to London and joining the firm, Sascha practised in Melbourne for over four years at a startup specialist law firm.
