Tom is a Partner and specialist Family lawyer. Tom joined Simons Muirhead Burton in November 2019, having previously led the Family department at a highly ranked media and entertainment firm in the West End.
Tom specialises in divorce, financial claims on divorce and financial claims on behalf of children and property claims. Tom also acts for clients when the care of their children and issues to do with their welfare are in dispute with the other parent. Tom has considerable experience assisting clients who are considering entering into a nuptial agreements or require advice about the effect of their nuptial agreement on the outcome of a financial claim on divorce.
