Henrietta is a Senior Associate in the Crime and Regulatory Department. She deals with a varied portfolio of high-profile and private client cases across the full range of the criminal law, including fraud, corruption, crime and disciplinary matters. She represents people from the point of their initial arrest and detention in the police station, airport or when being questioned by the SFO, FCA, HMRC and other investigatory authorities, frequently during anti-social hours.
Henrietta represented a City client during a rigorous interview process involving the DOJ, FBI and IRS at the London office of a prominent US law firm.
She has been heavily involved in the representation of high net worth individuals, Premier League footballers, head teachers, musicians, and politicians on various charges including sexual offences. She is proficient in crisis management and media-handling in sensitive cases, working closely with specialists in PR and reputation management. She also has experience in media related criminal law, having dealt with a number of celebrated media personalities and been involved in the phone-hacking cases.
