Sundeep Rathod

Sundeep provides strategic immigration planning for large organisations and he regularly assists Global Mobility departments and HR Business Partners in relation to the Skilled Worker Sponsor licence regime. As well as assisting with the full process of obtaining the Sponsor Licence application itself through to obtaining visas for both EU and non-EU employees, he also advises on compliance obligations and prevention of illegal working.

Sundeep specialises in all areas of business immigration, including Investor, Start-up/Innovator, Global Talent, complex family, settlement and naturalisation applications. Sundeep regularly represents his clients at UKVI Compliance audits and ensures his clients are well prepared by regularly undertaking mock audits and providing bespoke immigration training to key stakeholders. Sundeep has been advising businesses with navigating the UK’s new sponsorship system which came into force on 1 January 2021.

Sundeep is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association and has been involved in several working groups who have submitted immigration policy recommendations to the Home Office regarding the future Immigration system to be implemented after Brexit.
